Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups oatmeal

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips

dash salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and use a spoon to combine well

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes

Use a tablespoon scoop to remove mixture and roll into balls

Keep refrigerated (for 2 weeks) or in freezer (3 months)
