Packed full of powerful, potent antiviral and antibacterial ingredients, this odd concoction will help keep you feeling top-notch all winter long! To make, simply blend👇🏼

2/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup fresh pineapple (bonus if it’s the core for extra bromelain)

2-inch ginger, peeled

2-3 cloves garlic

1 medium onion, chopped

1/4 lemon, with the peel

1 1/2 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp turmeric powder (or 1-inch turmeric root, peeled)

Dash of cayenne

Black pepper

Feel free to strain if the texture bothers you, but it’s ideal to leave as-is because the pulp is loaded with the good stuff and will get you the most benefits!

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
