Stuffed Pork Chops

**SAUTE**
1/4 cup minced celery
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tablespoons butter, divided
**ADD**
1 cup seasoned prepared stuffing
6 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
**Brown**
2 tablespoons butter
4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
**POUR OVER**
1 cup beef broth
**GRAVY**
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Directions
PRHEAT: Bake to 350 degrees F. Bake 45 minutes
1. In skillet, saute celery and onion in 1 Tablespoon butter.
2. Put into a large bowl.
3. Add croutons, milk, parsley, salt, paprika, and pepper.
4, Mix well.
5. Cut a pocket in each chop, fill with stuffing.
6. Brown chops in remaining 2 Tablespoons butter.
7. Put chops in a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
8. Pour broth over chops.
9. Cover and bake
10. Remove chops and keep warm.
11. Pour pan drippings into a saucepan.
12. Mix cornstarch and water. Slowly stir into drippings. Cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened
Serve with chops.
