Buttermilk Brine for Chicken

Dissolve 2 tablespoons of kosher salt in 4 cups of buttermilk. Add a healthy grind of black pepper. Add chicken parts cover and refrigerate over night.

Remove chicken batter and cook!! Be carful because the chicken will cook quicker that non brined chicken
