3 Potatoes cut in circle 5 mm thick
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chilly Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Oil
Water
Directions
Marinate potatoes with turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
In a pan, heat oil and fry each side of potatoes.
Urullakizhangu Mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
