Aunt Jill's White Bean Chili

2 Ibs. Boneless chicken breasts
1 large jar Randall White
Beans. Do not drain
1 (12 oz) jar salsa
2 tsp. cumin
8 oz or more jalapena pepper cheese (can use any cheese) •
Directions
2 Ibs. Boneless chicken breasts • Cut up cooked chicken into bite size pieces.
• In large stock pot, mix beans, salsa, chicken and cumin, Add chicken broth as needed. Heat through.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with cheese. Good with tortilla chips. Can also be served in salad shells.
