4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk, (hot)
2 tbsp butter, (melted, hot) OR 1 1/2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Directions
In an oversized, microwavable mug (12-16oz) whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add in the milk, butter, and vanilla. Mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Careful not to overmix.
Microwave for 60 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes, or until firm to the touch (timing is based on microwave wattage). Let cool just a little but eat immediately.
Serve warm with ice cream and other favorite toppings.

Bloom cocoa powder in milk first
Try 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
