1 medium onion, sliced
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can beef broth
I use 1 32oz beef broth or stock 2 if your making double
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
I use 1 can of 22.6 oz for a double
Salt and black pepper
1 cup sour cream
I use 1.5 lb 3lb for double
Cooked egg noodles
All purpose flour till it’s thick before adding sour cream
