Salmon with Vegetables

Ingredients

1/4 cup black olives

A couple of Roma tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup green peppers

1/4 cup red onion

1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

Directions

Dice vegetables and mix together with vinaigrette. Season salmon if desired and cover with vegetable mixture. Grill or bake in oven at 400-450°F for 18-20 minutes for a full fillet or around 10 minutes for individual fillets.
