Double Chocolate Brownies

5.25 oz (150g) chocolate, chopped into chunks
14 Tbsp (200g) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for greasing the pan
1 cup (100g) cake flour
1/2 cup (40g) cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
4 eggs
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a Le Creuset 12 Cup Brownie Pan with some butter. Place the chocolate and butter in the microwave and melt.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar and add to the melted chocolate mixture. Next, whisk in the eggs.
Divide the mixture equally into the brownie pan and bake for 15-18 minutes until just set but soft inside (when you insert a toothpick in the center it won’t be perfectly dry). You want the brownies to still be soft inside.
Serve as is or with more dark chocolate drizzled over the top.
