Ingredients

3/4 cup ground beef

1/3 cup onion

1 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1 pkg (10 oz) corn

1 cup diced green pepper

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1/2 cup water

1 cup minute rice

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet.

Add chili powder, dry mustard, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce, and water. Cover and bring to a boil.

Stir in rice, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving.
