Korean Beef Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs fresh ground beef

  • 3 Tbsp Gochujang

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 4 tbsp green onion sliced

  • 2 tsp ginger

  • 2 tsp garlic

  • Handful brown sugar

  • 3/4 Cup white rice - cooked and cooled

Optional toppings:

  • Spicy mayo

  • Eel sauce

  • Sriracha

  • Green onions

Directions

  1. Brown your beef. Use paper towel to get excess fat/oil.

  2. Add in all your ingredients starting at the beginning of the list.

  3. Follow video. Mix up nice, simmer and stir for 2 minutes.

  4. Add in cooked and cooled white rice, lightly fold in. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  5. Top with sauces and more green onion.
