CILANTRO LIME
• 1-1.5 lb chicken
• 1/2 cup cilantro
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp salt
BASIL PESTO CHICKEN
• 1-1.5 Ibs chicken
• 1/2 cup basil pesto
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
HONEY GARLIC
• 1-1.5 lbs chicken
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp water
JERK CHICKEN
• 1-1.5 lbs chicken
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tosp honey
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp ground thyme
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
HAWAIIAN CHICKEN
• 1-1.5 lbs chicken
• 1 bottle teriyaki marinade
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
CREAMY SALSA
• 1-1.5 Ibs chicken
• 16 oz salsa
• block of cream cheese
BBQ CHICKEN
• 1-1.5 Ibs chicken
• 1 bottle @kindersflavors bbq sauce
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions
Dump everything into a plastic bag and freeze. They are good for 3 months in the freezer!
When you're ready to cook, place in the fridge to that overnight & dump it all into a crockpot on low for 4-6 hours or in the instant pot for 8 min with a cup of water or chicken broth.
Serve on top of rice, as a taco base, or plain with your favorite veggie as a side! Enjoy!
