1 Pound Super fine sugar
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions
1. Beat egg whites with cream of tarter until stiff. Add 2/3 pounds sugar gradually beating well until sugar is dissolved.
2, Beat egg yolks until thick. Add 1/3 pound sugar gradually, beating until sugar is dissolved.
3. Combine white and yolks folding in.
