2 loaves of yeast bread dough
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted
Chopped pecans
Directions
Use any yeast bread dough. Frozen bread works very well. Grease well angel food pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Pinch off dough size of a walnut. Roll in melted butter and then in sugar cinnamon mixture. Place in pan in layers until all dough is used. Sprinkle chopped pecans over each layer. Pour melted butter and sugar if any remains. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes. Cool on plate for about five minutes. Invert pan on plate. Rolls will pull apart easily.
