Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 chopped onion

1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper

1 tsp onion powder and paprika

1 TBSP minced garlic

1-2 TBSP Worcestershire

1 8 oz can of tomato sauce

1/4 cup of ketchup

1 TBSP of mustard

2 TBSP of bbq sauce

12 pack King’s Hawaiian Sweet Slider Rolls

American Cheese slices

Shredded cheddar cheese

French’s crispy fried onions

4 TBSP butter

1 tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder

Sesame seeds

Directions

Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium high heat and add all seasonings.

Once the beef is browned, be sure to drain the grease.

Add minced garlic, Worcestershire, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce.

Stir well and let simmer on low.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and slice the Hawaiian rolls in half with a large sharp knife.

Place the bottoms of the rolls on a sheet pan or baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Add a layer of American cheese, the sloppy joe mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, and finish by topping it with the crispy fried onions.

Place the tops of the Hawaiian Rolls on top of the onions and melt 4 TBSP of butter.

Stir in the garlic powder and onion powder with the melted butter.

Use a brush to brush on the butter mixture on top of the Hawaiian rolls. I didn’t quite use all of the butter mixture.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Slice sliders and serve!

Enjoy!
