Burrito Meat Sauce Serves 4 People

Ingredients

5 tablespoons Mexican Paprika (pimenton)

1/2 teaspoon California Chili Powder

1 cup Flour

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

6 pinches Ground Cloves

6 cups Swanson's Beef stock

3 1/2 Lbs Chuck Roast (1 ½ inch cubes)

1 tablespoon Tones/McCormick Beef Base (Sam's Club Spice Aisle)

Salt to taste

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients together in a Dutch oven (large pot) add the meat and coat the meat with the flour mixture. Pour in beef stock and beef base and mix well. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove cover and simmer for another 30 to 40 minutes until sauce is thickened and meat is tender. Can be prepared a day ahead. Flavor gets better with time.
