1 head of fresh broccoli (or 1 12oz frozen bag)
4 tsb olive oil
3 tablespoons water (none if using frozen)
2 tbsp parsley, basil, or mint
1 tbsp lemon juice
Freshly ground pepper
Garlic powder
Directions
cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. If using frozen, warm for 2 minutes to room temp
heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium heat. Add in broccoli stems first, let them brown. Add the rest of the broccoli next.
add water (or not), cover and cook for 2 minutes. Uncover for 2 mins
Off the heat, stir in the rest of the ingredients and season
