Ingredients

  • 400g of noodles

  • x1 pack of pork mince

  • Tenderstem broccoli

  • 1 red pepper

  • 5 spring onions

Pork marinade:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon of samyang (optional)

Sauce for noodles:

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

  • 4 tbsp dark soy

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 sugar

  • 1 tbsp chilli oil

Directions

  1. Fry the pork until browned and add 4 chopped spring onions to the pan.

  2. Once browned add the sauce ingredients and cook for another few minutes and set aside.

  3. Stir fry the broccoli and red pepper on high heat with a tbsp of oil.

  4. Cook noodles according to packet instructions.

  5. Add your noodles to the pan along with the sauce ingredients and mix until noodles are coated.

  6. Add the pork back in and give it a good mix.

  7. Serve with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
