Grandma Jean’s Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine or butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp. salt

3-4 mashed bananas

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 cup nuts

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add mashed bananas.

Then sift dry ingredients and mix into creamed mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes. Makes two small loaves.
