Chamomile Whipped Cream

½ cup sugar
½ cup water
2 tea bags of chamomile tea
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Directions
Add sugar and water to a pot and bring to a boil. Then add the two bags of chamomile tea. Let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely
Add the syrup and heavy cream to a bowl and whip to medium stiff peaks using a stand mixer or with an electric hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
