Healthy Ranch Sauce

Ingredients

½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Low-Fat)

¼ Cup Buttermilk

¼ Cup Sour Cream (Light)

½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

½ Teaspoon Onion Powder

½ Teaspoon Salt Or MSG

2 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley

1 Teaspoon Fresh Dill

1 Teaspoon Fresh Chives

1-2 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth.

  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

  3. Stir in the parsley, dill, and chives.

  4. Add lemon juice, starting with 1 tsp, and adjust to taste.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

  • Pro Tip: This is still better than Blue Cheese.
