Red Lobster Cajun Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (cut into thin strips)

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine

1 -2 cup Heavy cream

¼ teaspoon Dried basil

¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper seasoning

¼ teaspoon Salt

1⁄8 teaspoon Garlic powder

1⁄8 teaspoon Pepper

4 ounces Linguine (cooked and drained)

Grated parmesan cheese (to taste)

Directions

Toss or shake the chicken with the Cajun seasoning in a bowl or resealable plastic bag.

Over medium heat, saute the vegetables in a large skillet.

About 5 to 7 minutes in butter until chicken is almost tender.

Take steps to reduce heat. Add cream and seasonings, then heat thoroughly.

Add pasta, and heat through. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. If you like it spicy, adjust the Cajun seasoning.
