Instant Pot Soft-Boiled Eggs

14 Large Eggs
1 1/2 Cups cold tap water
Directions
Pour the COLD tap water into the pot and put the egg(s) on the trivet or in a basket.
Close the lid and make sure the valve is set to Sealing. Set on Low Pressure for 0 minutes.
When it beeps that it's done, immediately flip the valve to Venting and as soon as the pin drops, put the eggs under cold running water to halt the cooking process. During the summer months, prepare an ice bath for the eggs and change the water atleast once for a full batch of eggs.
Notes
Water temperature put in the instant pot makes a difference.
So does how quickly you can get the eggs cooled down - if the eggs are still warm and the water has warmed, they will continue to cook.
