Presto Boston Baked Beans

2 cups dried beans
1/3 pound salt pork, diced
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 onion diced
2 tablespoons catsup
Water
Directions
1. Soak beans over night. Drain
2. Heat cooker and sear pork. Remove excess drippings.
3. Add beans, brown sugar, molasses, salt, mustard, onion, cause and enough water to well cover beans.
4. Close cover and cook 45 minutes. Let pressure drip of its own accord
Notes
How to soak dried vegetables for pressure cooking
2 cups dried vegetables
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon salt
Water to well cover vegetables
Place dried vegetables in cooker. Add cooking oil, salt and water to well cover. Soak overnight.
