Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce

Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
2 T. brown sugar
Sauce:
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. shallots, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
salt
Directions
Marinate pork in a zip lock bag
in a mixture of soy sauce,
brown sugar and bourbon, turn-
ing meat occasionally for sev-
eral hours. Remove meat from
marinade. Best if Grilled out-
side on Weber. If baked inside
cook at 325 degrees basting it
frequently with the marinade
for 1 hour.
• Carve the tenderloin into thin
diagonal slices and serve with
mustard sauce: Mix together
smoothly sour cream and may-
onnaise. Stir in mustard and
shallots along with vinegar;
add salt to taste
