Chickpeas
Baby new potatoes (chopped)
Cumin
Garam masala
Turmeric
Optional toppings:
Greek yoghurt
Coriander
Pomegranate seeds
Sev
Tamarind chutney
Directions
Put samosas in the oven and fry the chickpeas and potatoes in Indian spices.
Break the samosa into pieces and add to bowls with the chickpeas and potato.
Top with all the stuff and a sprinkle of the spices.
Notes
Can be totally flexible with the ingredient amounts, go with whatever looks good.
