2-3 cups Rice, cooked
1 1/2 pound ground Pork
2 bags Coleslaw mix
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
1-2 tablespoons Mirin
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2-3 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
4-5 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Ginger Paste
Crunchy Chili Oil
Wonton Strips
Green onions or Cilantro for topping
Sesame Seeds
Directions
Cook rice.
Make sauce by mixing hoisin sauce, mirin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger garlic paste. Set aside.
Brown ground pork until cooked and a bit crispy. Drain.
Add 3/4 of the sauce to pork, stir well. Add coleslaw mix to pork. Put on top and cook coleslaw mix down until soft.
Once fully cooked, serve over rice. Add wonton strips & sesame seeds as topping.
