Ingredients

  • Large white onion

  • 3-4 Jalapeños

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 yellow bell pepper

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • Celery (3 stalks)

  • Garlic

  • Ground beef

  • Chili powder

  • Salt/Pepper

  • Riced cauliflower

  • 1 15oz can tomato sauce(?)

  • Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Directions

  1. Choo vegetables into small pieces (less than 1cm across)

  2. Add them to a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until softening

  3. Add ground beef and separate, cook until til brown and liquid has reduced

  4. Add seasoning and tomato sauce then Simmer for 15 minutes

  5. Cook riced cauliflower in microwave and add to saucepan

  6. Serve when ready
