Emma’s Favorite Vegetable Salsa

Ingredients

2 cans diced tomatoes, drained (can use fresh tomatoes too!)

1 can corn, drained

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1 small avocado, diced

1/2 bunch cilantro

1 tsp prepared minced garlic

Juice from 1/2 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.
