Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tbsp peanut butter (natural, creamy)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 banana (sliced)

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional)

Directions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly onto the parchment paper.

Top with banana slices, dark chocolate chips, and crushed peanuts.

Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.

Break into pieces and enjoy!
