Bucket Bran Muffins (Kathy Stover)

One box 15 oz 40% post bran or Raisin Bran
5 cups flour
2 or 3 cups sugar
5 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of oil
1 quart buttermilk
4 eggs beaten
Optional:
Cinnamon
Apples
Bananas
Peaches
Dates
Nuts
Directions
Mixed dry ingredients together. Add the remaining ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Use immediately or store covered in refrigerator in container. Keeps for one month. Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
