No-bake Energy Balls (sus Balls)

½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup finely chopped nuts and seeds, such as walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, or pepitas
1 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
1 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate chips
Directions
1 In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond butter, brown sugar, and sea salt, and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave on high for another 30 seconds, or until the mixture is hot and the brown sugar and salt are dissolved.
2 In a medium mixing bowl, combine the nuts, cranberries, and chocolate chips. Pour the hot almond butter mixture into the bowl, and stir to mix. The heat from the almond butter will melt the chocolate pieces somewhat.
3 Scoop the nut mixture into 1-inch balls, and pack the balls with your hands. Place them on the baking sheet, and refrigerate until set.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
