Funeral Potatoes

8oz Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 can cream of potato
1 can cream of chicken
2 lbs frozen potatoes (I use shredded hashbrowns)
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 bag crushed cornflakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for butter and cornflakes
Cook at 350° for 40 minutes
Mix butter and cornflakes and add to casserole
Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy
