4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 block feta cheese (about 8 ounces)
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 pack cherry tomatoes
12 oz whole wheat or low-carb pasta, cooked
Fresh basil for garnish
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped olives for garnish
Directions
Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, toss chicken chunks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Air Fry the Chicken: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Bake Feta and Tomatoes: Place the feta in the center of the air fryer basket with cherry and sun-dried tomatoes. Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta while the feta and tomatoes bake. Drain and set aside.
Combine: Mix the baked feta, tomatoes, chicken, and cooked pasta in the air fryer basket, breaking up the feta to create a creamy sauce.
Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and optional olives. Enjoy!
