Keto Cookie Dough Protein Bars

1 cup almond butter, smooth or crunchy
1/4 cup keto confectioners sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/3 cup no sugar added chocolate chips
Directions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips to a medium-sized bowl. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and PRESS FIRMLY as this will help hold the bar together. Add chocolate chips to the top and press down to incorporate them into the dough.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before cutting into 9 bars. Enjoy!
