Stir Fry With Chilli Coconut Sauce

Ingredients

1 tbsp Sesame oil

1 onion

200g green beans

Tofu or chicken

2 tbsp Sweet chill sauce

1 handful fresh basil leaves

2 tbsp Sesame seed (optional, to serve)

FOR SAUCE:

400ml coconut milk

300ml vegetable stock

2 stalks lemongrass

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 garlic cloves

Fresh grated ginger

Directions

Add sauce ingredients to large saucepan

Bring to boil then simmer 20 mins ( half reduced)

Put to side

Heat oil in pan and stir fry onion and beans for 1 minute

Add protein and cook fully

And sauce, sweet chilli, basil
