Shredded Chicken (Malkia)

Boneless skinless chicken breast (about 1.5 lbs)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tube Ritz crackers (crushed)
Garlic bouillon soup base
Poultry seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Place chicken in crockpot. Mix a big spoonful of the bouillon in about 1 1/2 cups water and pour over chicken. Add some pepper. Cook until chicken is fall apart tender (3-4 hours).
Pour broth from crock pot into bowl and shred chicken with fork. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and mix. Add poultry seasoning, salt, pepper to taste.
Pour some of the broth back into chicken mixture and cook on low. About 20-30 minutes prior to serving, add crushed Ritz and remaining broth (or until its preferred consistency). Cook for another 20-30 minutes and then ready to serve.
Makes about 5-6 sandwiches. Brioche buns work best. Sliced smoked Gouda on sandwiches is delish!
