Ingredients

Marinade

  • pack of thin steaks - 350g

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 0.5 tbsp chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp oil

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes

  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Serve with:

  • basmati rice

  • Spring onion

  • onions

  • Veggies

Directions

  1. cut the steak into thin strips and mix in the marinade ingredients and set aside

  2. prep your veggies, courgettes/ Tenderstem/ onions / garlic

  3. get your rice cooking

  4. stir fry your veggies and set aside

  5. cook your steak until all the liquid has disappeared and set aside with your veggies

  6. to make the sauce add in the oil, chilli flakes and chopped garlic. Fry for one minute until fragrant.

  7. add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chilli sauce and stir until thickened

  8. mix in your beef and veggies and coat in the sauce and taste and adjust as needed

  9. serve with rice and spring onions
