Egg, Sausage, & Hash Brown Bowls

5 Frozen hash brown
10 eggs
15 Chicken sausages (Amy Lou)
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup flour
Green chilies to make total weight equals 1000g
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl except the green chilies. Mix thoroughly. Add pepper to taste.
Add enough green chilies to get the weight of the mix to 1000g. This is only for easy math to split up into 5 portions.
Put 200 grams of mix into each container.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
Add three sausage to each container. Bake for another 15 minutes.
While the eggs are cooking, brown the hash browns according to the directions on the box.
When the eggs/sausage are done, pull them out of the oven and let them cool. Add a hash brown on top. Refrigerate of freeze.
To reheat, take the hash brown off and put it in the toaster. Microwave the eggs and sausage for 1:30 or until hot.
