1 lb chuck roast
1/2 chopped onion
3-4 minced garlic cloves
McCormick au ju mix pack
Sub rolls
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*
Defrost pot roast (defrost and then like 12)
Mix a pack of the au jus in the dome roaster.
Put pot roast in pot.
Add garlic and onion.
Sprinkle a little garlic salt and powder on top.
Put in the oven for about 40 minutes or less (whenever it gets to about 150* on the meat thermometer.)
Notes
This makes enough meat for around 4 sub sandwich rolls
