Sugar Cookies- Sue Klingbiel

Ingrediente

1 c butter, softened (I use 1 stick butter + 1 stick margarine)

2/3 c sugar

1 egg

1 t vanilla

1/2 t salt

2 1/2 c flour

Frosting:

1/3 c softened margarine

3+ c powdered sugar

1 1/2 t vanilla

Approx 2 T milk

Instrucțiuni

Cookies:

1. Mix all ingredients together. Chill

2. Roll to desired thickness and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.

3. Bake at 350 for 7-10 min. Cool completely before frosting

Frosting:

1. Mix together with mixer. Start w/ 3 c powdered sugar and add more to desired consistency. Add food coloring as desired.
