1 1/2 oz Gin (Hendrix Gin)

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

4-5 Mint Leaves

6 Cucumber (thin slices)

Instrucțiuni

Add all ingredients and 3 slices of the cucumber into a cocktail shaker,

Give a light muddle.

Shake 8-10 seconds until sufficiently chilled.

Double strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.

Garnish with the remaining three cucumber slices.
