MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base Serves 4

Ingrediente

330g Chicken (pre-cooked chicken)

1 medium brown onion

1 Tbsp Olive/vegetable oil

1 can coconut cream OR

330ml cream

45ml tomato paste

1 sachet Maggi Butter Chicken

Instrucțiuni

Coat chicken in Maggi Butter Chicken sachet and mix well. Leave this covered in refrigerator for up to 1 hour before cooking

Coarsely cut brown onion and cook in oil until translucent

Add Chicken and heat in pan

Add cream and tomato paste and stir

Turn temperature down to simmer and cover until ready to serve

Dish up with steamed white rice and garnish with dry roasted slivered almonds
