Brown Old Fashioned

Ingrediente

1 lb butter

1.14 litre bottle of Jim Beam

60 ml (2oz) vanilla extract

Instrucțiuni

1. Brown the butter, let it cool to lukewarm temperature

2. Add together in cambro with Jim Beam and vanilla extract.

3. Let infuse for an hour, periodically stir.

Let sit overnight in the freezer.

When straining the fat wash, take the frozen fat wash off the top of the mixture. Strain the rest of the
