Moist Fudgy Crinkle Cookies

Ingrediente

4 squares melted unsweetened chocolate

1/2 c vegetable oil

2 c sugar

4 eggs

2 t vanilla

2 c flour

2T baking powder

1/2 T salt

Powdered sugar

Instrucțiuni

Melt chocolate with oil- blend in sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix or sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir into chocolate mixture. Mix thoroughly and chill several hours or overnight.

Shape into 1” balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake on greased baking sheets 350° for 10-12 min
