1/2 lb diced chicken thighs
1/2 lb broccoli florets
1/4 cup Nate’s 100% Honey
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/8 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp white pepper

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Mix to combine.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken thighs for 7-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
In a separate pan, steam broccoli for 5 minutes or until fork-tender, then drain.
Prepare the sauce by whisking together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, water, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and garlic paste until smooth.
Add broccoli to the pan with the chicken, then pour in the sauce. Stir to combine.
Bring everything to a low simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
