Cucumber, Tomato and Avocado Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette- S

Ingrediente

1 lbs cherry/grape tomatoes

1 English cucumber

2 avocados

1 red onion, medium

2 tbs parsley

2 tbs dill

Lemon Vinaigrette

1/4 cup olive oil

1 lemon

1 ½ tsp salt

Black pepper

Instrucțiuni

Peel and slice cucumber and onion, halve tomatoes and chop avocado and herbs;

To make the dressing whisk all ingredients above;

Pour dressing over, mix well and enjoy!
