Cookie Butter Mug Cake

Ingrediente

1/4 cup oat flour

1/4 cup quick oats

1/8 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup almond milk (can use any milk you like)

1 tbsp cookie butter

Instrucțiuni

Mix all your ingredients in a small bowl.

Spray a ramekin and pour half your batter in. Then add a tbsp of cookie butter in the center. Top it off with the rest of the batter.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
