Spam Musubi Deviled Eggs

Measure with your ❤️:

1 can of @spambrand

teriyaki marinade (optional)

dozen hard boiled eggs

about 1/3 cup mayo

generous splash of shoyu (soy sauce)

furikake

pepper

couple squirts yellow mustard

salt to taste

nori sheets, cut into thin strips

Slice spam into small rectangles. Optionally, marinate in teriyaki sauce for about an hour. Sauté over medium heat until charred on all sides. Reserve. Slice the eggs in half and scoop the yolks into a bowl. To the bowl, add mayo, shoyu, furikake, mustard, and season to taste. Transfer the mixture to a sandwich bag and pipe it into the egg whites. Top with a piece of spam, and wrap it all together with a strip of nori, using some water to secure the ends. Sprinkle with furikake and enjoy! 🤙🏼
